The Challenge
Logical Media Group partners with B2B clients to build high-impact marketing strategies. You'll architect omni-channel customer journeys, manage complex CRM integrations, and drive measurable growth across multiple accounts simultaneously.
Your Mission
Map current client marketing tech stacks and establish CRM data standards/hygiene protocols across 3-5 active accounts
Develop and launch 2-3 pilot multi-channel campaigns with baseline reporting dashboards to track performance
Align internal account teams and external client stakeholders on Q1 marketing initiatives with documented customer journey maps
Audit and optimize existing Marketo/Pardot/HubSpot/Salesforce integrations, identifying and fixing 2+ critical data sync issues
Scale successful pilot campaigns to 5+ accounts with proven ROI-positive results and documented case studies
Build custom analytics framework capturing client-specific KPIs; implement automated monthly insights reporting
Execute 2 strategic account expansions by crafting business cases for new engagement opportunities and securing buy-in
Establish repeatable CRM governance playbook reducing manual data work by 30% across all accounts

Email Performance Metrics
Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates across segmented customer journeys.
Data Sync Health Score
Measure CRM integration accuracy and data hygiene compliance across platforms.
Lead-to-Customer Journey Velocity
Track speed and conversion rates through defined customer journey stages by segment.
Client Satisfaction & Retention
Net Promoter Score and account renewal rates as proxy for program impact and delivery quality.

Is This Role For You?
- You've managed Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, or Salesforce integrations in production environments and understand data sync complexity
- You think in systems: you map customer journeys, identify friction points, and optimize omni-channel programs for measurable ROI
- You thrive building bridges between client marketing/sales teams and internal delivery—you're comfortable in strategic meetings explaining tradeoffs
- You're detail-oriented on data governance but big-picture on strategy; you can move between crafting business cases and debugging list hygiene issues
- You want a hands-off strategic role—this requires hands-on campaign execution, reporting, and integration troubleshooting
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity; clients have messy data and undefined requirements; you need to navigate that
- You can't travel to Medellín or strongly prefer remote-first work; this is on-site
