The Challenge
Listen Labs is a Sequoia-backed AI research platform that hit $14M ARR in under a year. You'll own the entire technical GTM engine—from data pipelines and SDR enablement to outbound automation—working directly with the Head of Growth to scale from hypergrowth to predictable, repeatable revenue.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize current GTM tech stack (CRM, sequencing, enrichment, intent data); recommend consolidations and upgrades to reduce tool sprawl and improve data flow
Build ICP model and account scoring framework that segments Listen's enterprise pipeline (Google, Microsoft, Nestlé, P&G) by intent and fit signals
Design and deploy outbound data pipeline: prospect enrichment automation, lead routing logic, and SDR-facing dashboards to track reply rates and pipeline contribution in real-time
Create SDR playbook and enablement toolkit (sequences, messaging, call scripts) grounded in win/loss analysis and validated through A/B testing
Scale outbound motion: hit 2-3x reply rate lift and 20%+ improvement in sales-qualified lead conversion through experimentation and tooling optimization
Build predictive analytics layer: implement lead scoring model that correlates account attributes to win probability and contract value for better targeting efficiency
Establish GTM metrics dashboard: real-time visibility into outbound pipeline, sales cycle velocity, and revenue contribution by channel; enable data-driven decision-making across Growth, Sales, and Product
Reduce GTM tool complexity and cost while improving data integrity: consolidate redundant tools, enforce clean data hygiene, and document all integrations and workflows

Percentage of cold outreach that receives a response; track by sequence, SDR, and account segment.
Sales-Qualified Lead (SQL) Conversion Rate
Percentage of SDR-qualified leads that convert to active sales opportunities.
Pipeline Contribution by Channel
Percentage of total qualified pipeline sourced from outbound vs. inbound/product-led channels.
Account Scoring Lift
Lift in win rate and average contract value for high-fit accounts identified by ICP model vs. random sampling.
SDR Efficiency (Touches per SQL)
Average number of outreach touches required to generate one SQL; lower is better.
GTM Tool ROI
Revenue influenced by outbound motion per dollar spent on GTM tooling and operations.

- You're a traditional 'RevOps admin' who executes playbooks but doesn't design systems or own technical infrastructure; this role requires building, not just maintaining

- You need significant hand-holding or prefer roles where success is defined by one narrow metric (e.g., just SDR productivity); this role spans strategy, analytics, tooling, and enablement
