The Challenge
Listen Labs is a Sequoia-backed AI research platform that hit $14M ARR in under a year. You'll build the growth operations foundation for a category-defining company-owning the martech stack, data architecture, and campaign automation that power their enterprise sales motion.
Your Mission
Audit and recommend martech stack upgrades; implement HubSpot/Salesforce integrations for single source of truth on pipeline and performance
Build clean data infrastructure: define lead scoring rules, implement multi-touch attribution model, establish reporting dashboards in Looker/Mode
Design and launch first automated nurture campaigns across email, paid, and web; establish QA protocols and lead routing workflows
Create GTM playbooks: document handoff processes between Marketing, Sales, and product; align on definitions and SLAs
Own end-to-end campaign operations; scale paid, email, and event campaigns with AI-enabled orchestration (Clay, etc.) reducing manual work by 40%+
Implement accurate multi-touch attribution; prove ROI on each marketing channel and optimize spend allocation quarterly
Build repeatable 0→1 systems: self-serve lead scoring, automated territory assignment, expansion upsell workflows that free up sales time
Establish metrics dashboard: track pipeline velocity, CAC, LTV, marketing contribution to bookings; present weekly to leadership
KPIs You'll Own
Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) → Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) conversion
Track quality of leads entering sales funnel and identify bottlenecks in routing and scoring.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by channel and cohort
Measure efficiency of paid, organic, and event channels; inform budget allocation and optimization.
Multi-touch attribution revenue impact
Quantify which touchpoints (email, ads, content, etc.) drive closed deals; justify marketing spend.
Campaign automation efficiency (manual tasks eliminated)
Track hours saved through workflow automation, lead scoring, and AI orchestration.
Data accuracy and sync health
Monitor HubSpot-Salesforce sync rates, field mapping accuracy, and definition alignment across teams.
