The Challenge
Linvosges is a 100-year heritage French linen brand with serious omnichannel ambitions—40+ stores, catalogs, and e-commerce across France, Belgium, Switzerland. You'll own the media planning execution and list brokerage that fuels their customer acquisition machine.
Your Mission
Map and validate all media file partners (external files, package inserts, press) across France and Belgium; establish baseline volumes and exchange balances
Execute 2-3 full recruitment campaigns end-to-end: from partner briefs through insertion verification and invoice reconciliation
Audit and document current ListBroking partner performance; identify top 3 revenue-leaking accounts requiring corrective action
Build and pilot insertion scheduling grids for external files and package inserts; train internal teams and vendors on new workflow
Deliver month-on-month campaign performance reports (volume parity, insertion rates, cost per acquisition) to Marketing Director
Recover €20K+ in lost ListBroking revenue through partner reactivation and competitive analysis
Launch Belgium ListBroking operation with 3+ new commercial partners; establish non-compete insertion calendar
Standardize all promotional materials and offer grids; reduce creative revisions by 40% through upfront validation process

ListBroking Revenue ($)
Quarterly revenue from customer file rentals and package insert sales; track YoY growth and partner contribution
New Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Cost per new customer acquired through media and ListBroking campaigns; benchmark against internal targets
Partner Invoice Reconciliation Cycle (days)
Time from campaign end to final invoice validation; target <15 days to catch billing errors early
Campaign Delivery Variance (%)
Difference between budgeted vs. actual volumes across all media partners; maintain ±5% tolerance

Is This Role For You?
- You're detail-obsessed: validating insertion volumes, invoice line-items, and partner deliverables is your jam
- You're fluent in multi-partner coordination—managing brokers, vendors, and internal teams without dropping balls
- You speak French and/or have lived/worked in France (Île-de-France commute, partner relationships across FR/BE/DACH)
- You've owned direct-mail, email, or list-management campaigns and understand CPM/CPA economics
- You want to own a real budget and prove you can grow it—this role has revenue upside through ListBroking optimization
- You need full remote or flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Boulogne-Billancourt
- You're looking to avoid spreadsheets and operational minutiae; this is coordination-heavy, not strategic planning
- You don't speak French; partner relationships and internal comms rely on it (some English may work, but risky)
Interview Process
Phone Screening
30-min intro call with HR or Marketing Manager; background on omnichannel experience and list/media knowledge
Case Study / Operational Scenario
Walk through a sample multi-partner campaign: how you'd track insertions, validate volumes, reconcile invoices
In-person Interview
1-2 hours on-site with Marketing Manager and possibly ListBroking partner contact; deep dive on past campaigns, partner management, attention to detail
Reference Check
Verification with prior marketing/operations manager on execution rigor and partner relationship skills
