The Challenge
LeHibou is a high-growth European tech freelancing platform hunting for a Growth & Digital Marketing Manager to own the full growth funnel. You'll rebuild acquisition strategy, master AI-powered search visibility, and directly impact business through tight Sales collaboration.
Your Mission
Audit existing acquisition campaigns and identify quick wins for ROI improvement; present optimization roadmap
Define and launch AI/LLM search strategy with content structuring and visibility roadmap
Establish growth metrics dashboard and baseline KPIs across SEO, SEA, GSO channels
Map out growth stack tools, assess licensing ROI, and identify 2-3 tool optimization opportunities
Scale top-performing acquisition channels with 30%+ improvement in conversion rate or CAC reduction
Launch and test 3+ new growth levers (partnerships, niche channels, product-led growth angles)
Establish AI search as meaningful traffic driver with measurable conversions from conversational engines
Build repeatable lead quality framework with Sales; achieve 95%+ lead quality score

Cost per acquisition tracked across SEO, SEA, GSO, and new channels to guide budget allocation.
Lead Quality Score
% of leads meeting Sales criteria; measures growth-to-sales alignment.
Organic Traffic Growth
Monthly organic sessions and AI search referrals; tracks SEO and AI search visibility.
Conversion Rate
% of visitors converting to qualified leads; primary metric for funnel optimization.
Growth Channel ROI
Revenue attributed to growth campaigns vs. spend; determines scalability of initiatives.
