Is This Role For You?
- You've led marketing for a B2B SaaS or music tech company and understand both funnel mechanics and industry ecosystem dynamics
- You're equally comfortable with paid media spreadsheets and brand storytelling-you don't pick sides between art and analytics
- You thrive in lean, fast-moving environments where you're both strategist and executor; you don't wait for permission to move
- You have genuine interest in or knowledge of music publishing, independent artists, or music technology (bonus if you're a musician or producer yourself)
- You're obsessed with revenue attribution and can tie every campaign back to pipeline and closed deals
- You view marketing as separate from sales and product-you need to own the full funnel from awareness to onboarding
- You're uncomfortable in on-site, startup-paced environments with ambiguous scope and constant pivots
- You're chasing vanity metrics (followers, impressions) instead of ROI and revenue impact
- You lack hands-on experience running paid media, content, and campaigns at scale; this isn't a pure strategy/leadership role

Conversations with Biz Dev lead and Product/Operations leads to assess collaboration style and understanding of sales/product alignment
Leadership conversation
Final round with leadership to discuss vision for KOSIGN's brand, market positioning, and 6-month roadmap
