Marketing and Social Media opportunity for someone with a love for nature (part-time with potential to grow into full-time position)

Kingdom Water Gardens www.KingdomWaterGardens.com (formerly Amen Corner Ponds) is a top-rated South Carolina pond company looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing and Social Media employee to serve as our "one-person marketing team" create a comprehensive marketing strategy to showcase our projects, grow our brand, and drive new client inquiries.
As the sole marketer, you will wear multiple hats-acting as content creator (we currently have a video editor), social media manager, website manager and email strategist. Your primary goal is to turn stunning before-and-after project photos and maintenance tips into engaging digital content that converts local homeowners into paying clients and current clients excited about new projects. Because you are managing the entire marketing department alone, flawless time management and task prioritization are critical to your success. This position has the potential to grow into a Marketing Manager position.

We need a storyteller who can create a plan to use video, photos, and killer copy to show current and potential pond owners the beauty of nature and what's possible for their outdoor living spaces. (We can train you in video if needed - it is the writing, email campaigns, marketing strategy and follow through that we are seeking.)
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Produce engaging and visually appealing content, including high-quality photos, reels, and videos, that showcase projects in process, completed water features and our team. Additionally, training videos for our customers to address FAQs.
Scheduling and Management: Utilize social media scheduling tools to plan and publish content; manage assets through platforms like DropBox and LinkTree.
Community Management: Within our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube) we need you to Manage, Monitor and Engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages promptly, and foster relationships.
Reporting: Compile monthly breakdowns of our Google Analytics and social media analytics, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities (happy to help you develop this skill set)
Identify new media opportunities and connect with appropriate social media influencers
Graphic Design: Create graphic assets that align with our current brand aesthetics for use across social media platforms. Proficient skills in Canva or similar programs are desired.
Qualifications:
-Applicant should have excellent communication and time management skills
-Can develop dynamic SEO content with text, image, and video
-Proficiency in all major social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Tik Tok
-Experience in graphic design.
-Copywriting skills; ability to craft compelling and brand-consistent messages.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Please note - this is not a remote position. Must be located in the Aiken County, SC area.
This job will require visits to both active job sites and current customer's homes to photograph and video content. You will need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
This job will necessitate you to be able to navigate dirt, mud, gravel and uneven terrain. You must be able to bend low and sit on the ground, climb into empty ponds, and climb over boulders to fully photograph/video in and around ponds and construction sites.
For a part-time position: it would be around 15-30 hours a week and if you demonstrate your worth and grow the position it could become full-time. $23 per hour would be starting pay and could climb to $26 per hour if you excel at the position and hit certain goals.
