The Challenge
Keeta is a food delivery platform scaling merchant partnerships across multiple markets. You'll own the playbook for turning struggling merchants into high-performers through data-driven growth strategies, traffic optimization, and targeted campaigns.
Your Mission
Build merchant segmentation framework identifying high-potential, at-risk, and stable merchant cohorts with growth levers for each
Design and launch first merchant traffic allocation strategy, optimizing platform visibility for top-performing restaurants
Establish baseline KPI dashboard tracking merchant GMV, order frequency, menu performance, and campaign ROI
Execute 2-3 pilot growth initiatives (menu optimization, promotional campaigns) with 3-5 merchant partners
Scale merchant growth programs to 50+ merchants with documented lift in AOV and order frequency (target: 15-25% improvement)
Launch competitive intelligence framework informing pricing and positioning recommendations for merchant cohorts
Build repeatable A/B testing protocol for campaign optimization, running minimum 4 experiments with statistical rigor
Partner with Product to ship 2-3 feature requests driven by merchant feedback and growth data insights
KPIs You'll Own
Merchant GMV Growth Rate
Monthly/quarterly revenue growth for segmented merchant cohorts, tracking impact of growth initiatives.
Traffic Allocation Efficiency
Conversion lift and order frequency by merchant segment post traffic optimization vs. baseline.
Campaign ROI
Return on marketing spend for in-app and external campaigns, measured by attributed orders and AOV impact.
Merchant Retention
Monthly active merchant count and churn rate by cohort, indicating sustained platform engagement.
Menu Optimization Impact
Sales lift on optimized menu items and category performance shifts post-recommendation implementation.

- You've scaled merchant or partner programs in e-commerce, food delivery, or on-demand platforms and have hard metrics to show for it
- You live in SQL, Excel, and BI tools—analyzing traffic patterns and conversion funnels is how you think
- You're comfortable with ambiguity in early-stage growth initiatives but obsessed with measurement and iteration
- You thrive in cross-functional environments and can get alignment from Product, Marketing, and Operations without formal authority
- You need to work remote—this is on-site in São Paulo, no negotiation
- You're looking for a pure analytics role; this requires strategy execution and stakeholder management
- You haven't worked in platform/marketplace/B2B2C environments before—food delivery context assumes relevant domain knowledge
