Kamino is building Latin America's financial infrastructure—a complete financial management platform for mid-market service companies in Brazil. You'll own growth experiments and demand generation for a well-funded startup ready to accelerate across the region.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch and analyze 8-10 growth experiments across paid channels (Meta, Google) with structured hypothesis testing

Audit current acquisition funnel, identify conversion bottlenecks, and implement 3 high-impact optimizations

Build baseline multi-channel attribution model to track customer acquisition ROI by channel

Develop landing page testing roadmap with 5 variants live and tracking performance
