The Challenge
Joined Media Group runs influencer marketing campaigns that connect gaming brands with massive audiences across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and Instagram. You'll own the LATAM gaming creator ecosystem—scouting talent, negotiating deals, and launching campaigns that move real metrics for global gaming brands.
Your Mission
Map and audit top 50+ gaming influencers and esports personalities across LATAM platforms; build initial relationship pipeline
Launch 3 pilot campaigns with existing clients; hit minimum 80% of contracted deliverables and track baseline performance metrics
Negotiate and close partnerships with 5-8 mid-tier creators; secure competitive rates and establish framework for future deals
Document LATAM gaming trends, platform preferences, and audience demographics; present findings to internal strategy team
Build network of 100+ active gaming creators across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok in LATAM; maintain CRM with deal history and performance data
Execute 8-12 full-cycle campaigns; achieve average engagement rate targets and client ROI benchmarks
Identify and onboard 3 emerging creator agencies or networks; establish long-term partnership agreements
Create quarterly trend reports and campaign performance analysis; present growth opportunities and optimization recommendations to leadership

Total number of active gaming influencers in your managed pipeline segmented by tier, platform, and audience size.
Campaign Performance (ER/CPM/Impressions)
Track engagement rates, cost-per-thousand impressions, and total reach delivered vs. contracted across all live campaigns.
Deal Closure Rate
Percentage of negotiated partnerships successfully closed; measure time-to-close and rate competitiveness vs. market benchmarks.
Client Retention & Repeat Campaign Rate
Percentage of clients returning for additional campaigns and average campaign value growth quarter-over-quarter.

Is This Role For You?
- You're a real gamer—not just someone who dabbles; you know gaming culture, esports trends, and current creator landscape
- You've built genuine relationships with influencers or creators and closed actual partnership deals; you understand negotiation dynamics
- You're comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end: scouting, negotiating, tracking performance, and optimizing for real results
- You speak Spanish fluently (native preferred) and English; bonus for Portuguese—you can navigate LATAM partnerships with credibility
- You've never negotiated influencer deals or managed creator partnerships; this role requires hands-on deal execution from day one
- You're not genuinely interested in gaming; this is a gaming-centric role and creators will sense if you're faking it
- You need rigid 9-5 hours; global time zone coverage and campaign-driven flexibility is non-negotiable
