The Challenge
J&J's Surgical Vision division needs a sharp marketing analyst to own product lifecycles across North LATAM. You'll drive market strategy, manage distributor relationships, and launch cutting-edge surgical tech in a region with massive growth potential.
Your Mission
Map competitive landscape and customer needs for assigned Surgical Vision product portfolio; deliver market analysis report
Build distributor alignment framework—establish KPIs, forecasting cadence, and pricing/promotion strategy with key partners
Launch product activation campaign in Bogotá; execute at least 2 stakeholder engagement events with key decision makers
Audit current marketing materials and messaging; recommend localization and positioning updates for Colombia market
Deliver full product lifecycle management for 2-3 assigned products; track adoption, pricing health, and market share vs. competitors
Grow distributor revenue by 15%+ through co-branded campaigns, training programs, and promotional strategies
Execute new product launch—from strategy through go-to-market execution; measure awareness and conversion metrics
Build quarterly business reviews with top 5 distributors; use data to refine territory strategy and resource allocation

Campaign ROI & Activation Metrics
Track attendance, engagement, and pipeline generated from events, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
Product Lifecycle Milestones
On-time delivery of launch activities, feature rollouts, and end-of-life management for assigned products.
