Accountabilities
In this role, you will own the design, execution, and continuous evolution of the ABX framework for the APJ region, ensuring it is tightly aligned with revenue objectives and modern signal-driven marketing practices.
Design and implement the end-to-end ABX strategy including ICP refinement, account tiering, and buying group mapping
Build and operationalise 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many engagement models aligned to pipeline and sales priorities
Transition static targeting models into real-time, intent-driven orchestration using predictive signals and engagement data
Define buying group engagement strategies and multi-threaded outreach standards across account tiers
Develop and maintain ABX measurement frameworks focused on pipeline influence, account progression, and revenue impact
Partner with Sales, Demand Generation, Content, Analytics, and Operations to align execution and feedback loops
Lead AI-augmented marketing operations, integrating automation, predictive analytics, and personalization workflows
Evaluate and implement AI and martech capabilities to improve targeting, content delivery, and campaign optimization
Oversee cross-functional alignment across regional and global teams to ensure consistent ABX execution
Lead special projects across events, analytics, data, and operational initiatives as needed
Requirements The ideal candidate brings strong ABM/ABX leadership experience in B2B technology environments, with a proven ability to build frameworks rather than just execute campaigns. You are highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in complex, matrixed global organizations.
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with strong ABM/ABX leadership exposure
Proven track record of building and scaling ABM/ABX frameworks from scratch
Experience working in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments is highly desirable
Strong understanding of ABX platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or equivalent tools
Deep analytical capability with confidence working across pipeline metrics, attribution, and revenue data
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Eloqua
Hands-on experience applying AI tools within marketing workflows and GTM operations
Strong stakeholder management skills across sales, marketing, and global teams in matrix organizations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for executive, technical, and commercial audiences
Operator mindset with the ability to execute, iterate, and optimize quickly based on results
Familiarity with predictive intent data, account scoring, and AI-assisted campaign orchestration
