What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Own and drive end-to-end revenue marketing strategy for the Core product suite, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue objectives
Design and execute multi-channel, full-funnel demand generation campaigns across inbound, outbound, and partner motions
Identify funnel gaps and optimization opportunities using data, intent signals, and performance insights
Collaborate closely with Sales, BDR, RevOps, Product Marketing, and channel teams to ensure messaging consistency and market impact
Lead campaign execution with a test-and-learn mindset, continuously optimizing performance and conversion rates
Define and manage channel strategies across email, paid media, web, events, and partner ecosystems
Monitor and report on key performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI
Ensure forecast accuracy and continuously improve campaign efficiency and pipeline predictability
Requirements:
6-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS revenue marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign management
Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline impact through multi-touch, full-funnel marketing programs
Strong experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, BDR, RevOps, and Marketing Operations teams
Hands-on knowledge of marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, ON24, and Power BI
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret funnel metrics and optimize performance end-to-end
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence operating at senior cross-functional level
Professional English proficiency, including experience working with international or US-based teams
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and workflows is highly valued
