What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Lead the U.S. HCP marketing strategy across the obesity and related conditions portfolio, translating brand strategy into integrated customer engagement plans.
Define segmentation, targeting, positioning, and engagement frameworks informed by customer insights, analytics, and market intelligence.
Oversee personal promotion strategy, field marketing initiatives, sales enablement tools, and national sales meeting content to ensure field readiness and execution excellence.
Develop and execute omnichannel and digital marketing strategies across HCP platforms, including websites, email campaigns, and non-personal promotion channels.
Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Medical Affairs, Analytics, Regulatory, Compliance, and Market Access teams to ensure cohesive execution.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization, establishing operating models, capabilities, and processes that support launch and growth objectives.
Partner with patient marketing leadership to ensure fully integrated HCP and patient engagement strategies across the customer journey.
Requirements:
Advanced degree (Doctorate + 5 years, Master’s + 9 years, or Bachelor’s + 11 years) in marketing or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing teams, projects, or large-scale programs in addition to marketing experience.
Extensive experience in HCP marketing, omnichannel strategy, digital marketing, and field execution within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Proven success leading product launches, commercialization strategies, or high-growth brand environments.
Strong expertise in marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and omnichannel engagement strategies.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders in complex matrix organizations.
Excellent executive communication, strategic planning, and organizational leadership capabilities.
Track record of building high-performing teams and driving measurable commercial impact.
