Accountabilities:

The Senior Director, Measurement Partner Growth will be responsible for expanding strategic measurement partnerships, strengthening partner engagement, and driving revenue opportunities through education, enablement, and collaboration. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, measurement solutions, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple organizations.

  • Develop and execute partner growth strategies that increase adoption of measurement solutions and support revenue expansion across strategic accounts.

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with DSPs, publishers, social platforms, and partner sales organizations.

  • Collaborate with partner sales teams to identify opportunities, generate demand, and drive engagement with existing and prospective advertisers.

  • Create and deliver compelling training sessions, product demonstrations, webinars, and sales enablement materials to communicate solution value.

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and partner feedback to identify opportunities and inform business strategies.

  • Work closely with sales, product, marketing, and partnership teams to align go-to-market initiatives and improve customer outcomes.

  • Support quarterly business reviews, campaign performance analyses, and insights-driven discussions to demonstrate measurement impact.

  • Gather partner feedback and translate market needs into recommendations for product improvements and strategic initiatives.

  • Promote measurement solutions by clearly communicating their benefits, differentiation, and impact on advertiser performance.

Requirements: The ideal candidate is a strategic partnership leader with experience in advertising technology, marketing technology, measurement solutions, and revenue growth initiatives. You should have strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

  • 6+ years of experience in adtech, martech, sales, partnerships, account management, and/or product marketing.

  • Experience managing strategic partnerships, partner sales initiatives, or ecosystem growth programs.

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising measurement solutions and industry trends.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed business growth goals.

  • Exceptional presentation skills with experience engaging large audiences and executive stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to identify insights, evaluate performance, and communicate recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, product, technology, and operations teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to high volumes of requests, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable creating strategies in ambiguous or evolving situations.
