Is This Role For You?
- You thrive organizing chaos-managing multiple workstreams, calendars, and stakeholders simultaneously without losing detail
- You're comfortable in systems and processes; you actually enjoy setting up trackers, workflows, and documentation that stick
- You have 1-3 years of marketing or project coordination experience and understand digital marketing workflows
- You communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams; you're fluent in Microsoft 365 and comfortable learning new tools quickly
- You want to own strategy or campaign creative-this is operational coordination, not strategic marketing leadership
- You dislike process work or documentation; you get bored by calendars, trackers, and maintaining shared sources of truth
- You need full-time on-site presence in Maine; this role requires remote-first work (check if occasional travel or in-person meetings expected)
