What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Design and execute regional marketing strategies to drive demand generation and support commercial growth objectives.
Manage and track marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) in CRM systems, ensuring effective funnel progression in collaboration with sales teams.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing actions.
Lead thought leadership initiatives and key opinion leader (KOL) engagement programs to strengthen market positioning.
Support sales teams with product positioning, value propositions, and enablement tools for effective customer engagement.
Contribute to global and regional campaign execution across digital and non-digital channels in a cross-functional environment.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation and return on investment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
5-7 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, business development, or commercial roles within life sciences or biotech industries.
Strong experience in demand generation, market intelligence, and sales enablement activities.
Solid understanding of the biopharmaceutical and biosimilars ecosystem, including regulatory and operational environments.
Familiarity with CRM systems (SFDC preferred) and funnel management processes.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Ability to spend significant time in the field (approximately 50%) engaging with customers and markets.
