What you'll do

Accountabilities:

  • Build and lead the Sales Programs & Collateral function, establishing its strategy, priorities, operating model, and roadmap.

  • Own the development of high-impact proposals, RFP responses, case studies, sales decks, white papers, presentations, and other materials supporting major pursuits and strategic accounts.

  • Create repeatable playbooks, templates, frameworks, and asset libraries that enable the team to produce high-quality, consistent, and on-brand content at scale.

  • Partner with commercial, technical, marketing, and subject-matter experts to lead complex, multi-capability pursuits and translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.

  • Turn customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into differentiated narratives, positioning, sales plays, and value-based selling frameworks.

  • Serve as a strategic marketing advisor to senior sales leaders and strategic account managers, helping shape pursuit strategy, competitive positioning, and content sequencing throughout the deal cycle.

  • Develop executive-level sales narratives, messaging, and talking points for strategic opportunities and customer relationships.

  • Lead and develop a small team of technical/proposal writers and collateral specialists, fostering high standards, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Design and implement AI-enabled systems and workflows that improve content personalization, production efficiency, scalability, and consistency.

  • Establish reporting and measurement practices that connect sales enablement activities and collateral to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Analytics to track performance and continuously optimize enablement programs.

  • Support broader cross-functional initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the overall go-to-market strategy.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, revenue marketing, or related GTM functions, preferably within complex, long-cycle B2B or B2G environments.

  • Proven track record of developing sales narratives, sales plays, enablement programs, and collateral that have demonstrably influenced pipeline or revenue.

  • Significant experience partnering directly with sales leadership, strategic account managers, executives, and technical stakeholders on active pursuits.

  • Strong understanding of complex B2B/B2G buying cycles and the ability to translate sophisticated technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop positioning and messaging informed by customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends.

  • Working fluency with AI-enabled content-generation, personalization, and workflow tools, with the ability to apply AI strategically to scale enablement programs.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the executive presence required to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial orientation, and ability to connect marketing activities to measurable business results.

  • Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to coach and develop high-performing specialists.

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions while operating with autonomy, sound judgment, and strong ownership.

Benefits:

  • Base salary range of $176,069.88-$264,104.82 USD per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
