What you'll do

Accountabilities:

Support the execution of marketing and communications plans by working closely with marketing managers and cross-functional teams:

  • Assist in the delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements are met.

  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, coordinating tasks and tracking progress across stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal MarComms teams and external suppliers to ensure alignment and timely execution.

  • Contribute to copywriting, content editing, and creative briefing for marketing materials and campaigns.

  • Support the production of ROI and performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional with strong coordination and communication skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Fluent level of English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Creativity and initiative to contribute to campaign ideas and improvements.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage suppliers and internal stakeholders effectively.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Experience in IT distribution, marketing agencies, or similar environments is a plus.
