What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Define and execute a global marketing and brand strategy across defense and civilian markets, ensuring strong positioning and differentiation in a complex industry.
Develop company positioning frameworks, including strategic narrative development aligned with blue ocean principles and long-term growth goals.
Lead PR and media relations efforts, building relationships with journalists, analysts, and industry influencers to secure high-impact coverage.
Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, and industry channels to drive awareness and demand.
Oversee content strategy for company and founder-led channels, ensuring consistent, high-quality output that supports engagement and reach.
Plan and execute presence at global defense and aerospace trade shows, managing logistics, vendors, and brand presentation.
Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and contractors while tracking performance and optimizing spend for maximum impact.
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with responsibility for strategy development and end-to-end execution.
Strong track record of building high-impact or viral campaigns that achieved significant visibility and engagement.
Experience across PR, social media, advertising, and event marketing in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Ability to lead and coordinate external partners, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders with strong ownership and autonomy.
Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical or industrial topics into compelling narratives.
Nice to have: experience in defense, aerospace, dual-use technologies, or other regulated/technical industries.
Background in startups or high-growth environments requiring speed, adaptability, and bold execution.
