What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Manage and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms, including basic video editing and visual creation using Canva.
Develop high-quality marketing materials such as blogs, newsletters, press releases, and promotional email campaigns.
Conduct digital marketing audits to identify performance gaps and recommend optimization opportunities.
Perform website updates and maintenance using platforms such as WordPress, Wix, and Shopify.
Manage and optimize online business listings, including Google Business Profiles and Yelp directories.
Improve on-page SEO elements such as metadata, alt text, site structure, and user experience.
Support account management activities and collaborate on marketing initiatives and special projects.
Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas for continuous improvement and audience engagement.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, website optimization, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with basic video editing tools.
Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Wix, and Shopify.
Strong understanding of social media scheduling tools and digital marketing workflows.
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create professional content.
Experience managing online directories such as Google Business Profiles and Yelp.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and brand consistency.
Previous experience in a digital marketing agency environment is considered a strong advantage.
Experience working with US-based clients or international teams is a plus.
