What you'll do
Accountabilities
Own the strategy, development, and ongoing optimization of business websites, ensuring digital experiences align with brand objectives, marketing priorities, and business goals.
Manage day-to-day website development within Webflow, including building new pages, landing pages, templates, microsites, CMS collections, and reusable components.
Create and maintain a website optimization roadmap focused on improving user experience, lead generation, engagement, conversion rates, and content discoverability.
Analyze user behavior, website analytics, search performance, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize improvements.
Optimize website structure, navigation, user journeys, and conversion paths to improve overall digital performance.
Lead SEO initiatives by improving metadata, internal linking, content structure, technical performance, and organic search visibility.
Monitor website health, responsiveness, accessibility, speed, and mobile performance while ensuring consistent brand experiences across digital platforms.
Define and track website KPIs related to traffic, engagement, conversions, search visibility, and optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with product marketing, performance marketing, content, creative, and business teams to deliver effective campaigns and high-impact digital experiences.
Continuously test, measure, and implement improvements to create a culture of ongoing website optimization rather than occasional redesigns.
Requirements
6-8 years of experience managing, developing, and optimizing business websites.
Demonstrated expertise with Webflow, including website development, CMS management, site architecture, responsive design, and administration.
Proven experience building and maintaining websites directly, with the ability to independently execute improvements without relying heavily on external developers.
Strong understanding of user experience principles, conversion rate optimization, website analytics, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and related digital marketing platforms.
Ability to translate business objectives and marketing strategies into effective website experiences that drive measurable outcomes.
Comfortable making basic design improvements, content adjustments, and website refinements when needed.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website integrations is preferred.
Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, analyzing performance, and building optimization strategies.
Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and motivated by continuous improvement.
Experience in legal services, SaaS, technology, or professional services environments is preferred.
