What you'll do
Accountabilities
Manage and optimize a regional portfolio of practices, developing strategies and initiatives that support growth and business objectives.
Act as an internal marketing consultant to Operations leaders and practice teams, providing insights, recommendations, and practical growth strategies.
Develop and execute practice-level marketing plans aligned with business priorities, patient needs, and local market opportunities.
Analyze patient behaviour, market trends, competitive activity, and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Support annual marketing budget planning and the development of regional and practice-level marketing playbooks.
Monitor marketing spend across the assigned portfolio, assess campaign effectiveness, and optimize investments to maximize return on investment.
Lead marketing initiatives associated with practice mergers, acquisitions, relocations, and new practice builds.
Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Compliance, Real Estate, Talent, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate initiatives and deliver business priorities.
Manage multiple projects, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines while maintaining strong execution and accountability.
Communicate marketing performance, insights, recommendations, and strategic priorities effectively to diverse internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
5-7 years of progressive B2C marketing experience, with a strong track record of driving measurable growth.
Experience in healthcare, multi-location retail, franchise, or service-based organizations is an asset.
Consulting or advisory experience is an asset, particularly experience providing strategic recommendations to business leaders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder-influence skills.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence decision-making across diverse teams and levels of an organization.
Strategic, results-oriented, and data-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
Highly organized, adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences and business outcomes.
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Benefits
Salary: $85,000-$100,000 CAD annually.
Performance bonus: Eligible for a bonus of up to 15%. working from home.
