What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Own and design end-to-end upper funnel experiences across discovery, activation, onboarding, pricing, upgrade, and lifecycle touchpoints, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong conversion impact
Define and evolve growth journeys that connect acquisition, activation, and monetization into a cohesive user experience system
Design and prototype high-quality UX and visual solutions, including interaction design and experiment-ready concepts that inform product direction
Use behavioral data, funnel metrics, and experiment results as core inputs to guide and refine design decisions
Lead and support growth experiments from hypothesis definition through execution and performance analysis in collaboration with product and data teams
Build reusable growth patterns within the design system to scale consistent and trust-driven experiences across surfaces
Partner closely with engineering to ensure precise implementation of flows, interactions, and design intent
Contribute to design leadership by mentoring peers, elevating growth design practices, and advocating for user trust in monetization decisions
Requirements:
8+ years of product design experience in SaaS, PLG, or complex digital products, with strong exposure to growth or conversion-focused work
Proven experience designing onboarding, activation, pricing, or monetization flows in data-informed environments
Strong systems thinking with the ability to understand how design decisions impact entire user journeys and business outcomes
Excellent craft in UX and visual design, including interaction design, hierarchy, spacing, motion, and polish
Experience working closely with product and data teams, interpreting funnel metrics and experiment outcomes to guide design direction
Ability to operate in fast-paced, experimentation-driven environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
Experience mentoring or guiding other designers, formally or informally, to raise overall design quality
Curiosity, ownership mindset, and ability to proactively explore problems beyond the initial brief
