What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Lead the strategy and execution of global upsell and expansion marketing campaigns across multiple regions and customer segments.
Design and evolve scalable campaign operating models, including planning frameworks, resource allocation methods, measurement systems, and execution standards.
Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Marketing leadership to align campaign strategies with broader business and revenue objectives.
Build and optimize campaign playbooks, analytics frameworks, attribution models, and experimentation strategies to improve performance and ROI.
Partner with regional marketing and localization teams to ensure campaigns are adaptable and effective across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM markets.
Manage high-visibility integrated campaigns spanning various product tiers, audiences, and business priorities.
Analyze campaign performance through funnel diagnostics, cohort analysis, incrementality testing, and budget optimization.
Mentor senior campaign professionals and contribute to raising strategic and operational standards across the marketing organization.
Present campaign insights, recommendations, and business impact to executive stakeholders and leadership teams.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on integrated campaigns, customer expansion, product-led growth, or upsell strategies.
Proven track record of improving or redesigning marketing operating models and scaling campaign execution globally.
Strong understanding of global go-to-market strategies and experience collaborating with regional marketing and sales teams.
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution and optimization.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Advanced analytical capabilities, including experience with attribution modeling, funnel analysis, experimentation frameworks, and campaign budget management.
Technical fluency in developer, DevOps, SaaS, or platform engineering ecosystems is highly valued.
Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Iterable.
Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
Experience in DevOps, developer tools, open-source ecosystems, or lifecycle marketing is considered an asset.
