What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Execute influencer marketing and creator partnership strategies across influencer, affiliate, ambassador, and expert programs.
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality luxury creators, stylists, editors, and industry tastemakers aligned with brand standards.
Build and maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship development.
Serve as the main point of contact for influencers and partners, fostering long-term relationships and ongoing collaborations.
Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, contracting, content approvals, execution, and reporting.
Manage gifting programs, affiliate relationships, content deliverables, and campaign communications.
Track campaign performance, analyze partnership ROI, and provide optimization recommendations to improve results.
Collaborate with internal teams across editorial, marketing, and social to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Stay up to date on luxury fashion, creator economy trends, and social media developments to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, PR, affiliate marketing, or talent relations.
Proven experience in influencer outreach, relationship management, and partnership development.
Strong understanding of luxury fashion, media, and creator ecosystems.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong aesthetic judgment with the ability to evaluate content quality, brand fit, and audience relevance.
Experience with influencer marketing, CRM, or affiliate platforms is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimize outcomes.
