What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive annual virtual events and webinar strategy aligned with regional business priorities and growth objectives
Lead the planning and delivery of flagship virtual summits, industry-focused webinars, and cloud-specific event programs across multiple market segments
Define and implement audience acquisition strategies to maximize registration, attendance, engagement, and pipeline contribution
Manage integrated promotional campaigns across email marketing, paid digital channels, social media, partner networks, and outbound outreach programs
Oversee end-to-end event execution including agenda development, speaker management, content planning, localization, logistics, and attendee experience
Coordinate pre-event rehearsals, recordings, moderation activities, and live event operations to ensure seamless delivery
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, solution engineering, and partner teams to align event objectives and outcomes
Monitor campaign performance, attendee engagement, conversion metrics, and marketing-driven pipeline results
Analyze event effectiveness and audience insights to continuously optimize future programs and improve ROI
Maintain content quality and relevance across all virtual event initiatives while ensuring a consistent and engaging experience
Requirements:
12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including significant expertise in virtual events, webinars, demand generation, or field marketing
At least 6 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale virtual event programs with measurable business and pipeline outcomes
Experience within enterprise technology, SaaS, CRM, cloud computing, or related industries strongly preferred
Deep knowledge of virtual event and webinar platforms such as ON24, Zoom Webinars, Webex Events, or similar solutions
Strong experience with marketing automation platforms, audience segmentation, registration management, and email campaign execution
Proven ability to manage paid digital campaigns and optimize event registration performance through measurable marketing investments
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives across regions and stakeholders
Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data, engagement metrics, and conversion performance
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to influence senior leaders, drive accountability, and align cross-functional teams around shared objectives
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
