What you'll do

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for driving technical market development and supporting the commercialization of agricultural solutions through field engagement and strategic coordination.

  • Lead technical market development for the agriculture portfolio, identifying opportunities and supporting demand generation initiatives

  • Conduct field visits, demonstrations (field and laboratory), trainings, and presentations to promote products and solutions

  • Support the sales team in handling customer complaints, product positioning, and technical-commercial communication

  • Coordinate activities involving experimental stations, field marketing technicians, trainees, and contractors

  • Translate market needs and trends into actionable insights for the Technology and R&D teams, including new product concepts

  • Support execution of new product introductions (NPIs), including testing protocols, field trials, and performance benchmarking

  • Develop and execute field and laboratory trial protocols to validate product performance and value propositions

  • Monitor competitors, pricing trends, positioning strategies, and market access dynamics in the agricultural sector

  • Identify market potential, segmentation opportunities, and niche applications for portfolio growth

Requirements This role requires strong technical grounding in agriculture or chemistry, combined with field-based marketing and product development experience. You should be comfortable working across technical, commercial, and customer-facing environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or technical field marketing roles

  • Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency

  • Strong knowledge of agricultural chemistry, phytotechnics, and application technologies

  • Experience with agricultural input formulations and preferably adjuvants

  • Ability to conduct field trials, interpret data, and translate findings into commercial insights

  • Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience collaborating with sales, R&D, and cross-functional teams

  • Strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple field and project activities
