What you'll do
Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for driving technical market development and supporting the commercialization of agricultural solutions through field engagement and strategic coordination.
Lead technical market development for the agriculture portfolio, identifying opportunities and supporting demand generation initiatives
Conduct field visits, demonstrations (field and laboratory), trainings, and presentations to promote products and solutions
Support the sales team in handling customer complaints, product positioning, and technical-commercial communication
Coordinate activities involving experimental stations, field marketing technicians, trainees, and contractors
Translate market needs and trends into actionable insights for the Technology and R&D teams, including new product concepts
Support execution of new product introductions (NPIs), including testing protocols, field trials, and performance benchmarking
Develop and execute field and laboratory trial protocols to validate product performance and value propositions
Monitor competitors, pricing trends, positioning strategies, and market access dynamics in the agricultural sector
Identify market potential, segmentation opportunities, and niche applications for portfolio growth
Requirements This role requires strong technical grounding in agriculture or chemistry, combined with field-based marketing and product development experience. You should be comfortable working across technical, commercial, and customer-facing environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years of experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or technical field marketing roles
Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency
Strong knowledge of agricultural chemistry, phytotechnics, and application technologies
Experience with agricultural input formulations and preferably adjuvants
Ability to conduct field trials, interpret data, and translate findings into commercial insights
Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience collaborating with sales, R&D, and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple field and project activities
