What you'll do
Accountabilities
Own and evolve the end-to-end lifecycle and organic communication strategy, transforming CRM, email, SMS, and in-app messaging into high-impact, emotionally resonant customer experiences that improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
Define and scale a distinct brand voice and messaging framework, ensuring consistency across all organic touchpoints while building systems that can scale with rapid product and user growth.
Partner with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to translate user pain points, behavioral data, and qualitative feedback into compelling, high-performing creative narratives.
Lead the creative direction of lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys, continuously testing, iterating, and optimizing messaging through experimentation and performance insights.
Contribute to broader organic growth initiatives, including social and community storytelling, helping strengthen brand affinity and long-term customer trust.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in creative marketing, lifecycle marketing, or brand storytelling, with a strong focus on organic growth and copy-driven execution in consumer-facing environments.
Demonstrated expertise in crafting high-performing messaging across CRM channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app communications.
Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and brand-building work across digital channels.
Deep ability to translate complex, functional, or emotionally sensitive topics into clear, engaging, and human-centered communication.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including product, design, analytics, and growth, with comfort operating in fast-paced, data-informed environments.
First-principles thinking with the ability to interpret qualitative insights and user behavior into compelling creative direction.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
