What you'll do

Accountabilities:

The Digital Marketing Executive will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing activities across various platforms. The role requires a combination of creative skills, technical knowledge, and analytical capabilities to improve brand visibility, engagement, and campaign performance.

  • Assist in creating, launching, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising channels.

  • Develop engaging digital content, including text, images, and videos, in collaboration with creative teams.

  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

  • Schedule social media content, maintain content calendars, and track engagement performance.

  • Support SEO initiatives to improve organic rankings and contribute to search engine visibility.

  • Assist with paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising channels.

  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics tools.

  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience lists, templates, and performance tracking.

  • Conduct market research to identify digital trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Support website content updates using CMS platforms such as WordPress.

  • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand objectives, provide updates, and deliver performance insights.

Requirements: The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in digital marketing and a passion for creating effective online campaigns. This role requires someone who is creative, data-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working across multiple digital platforms.

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing environment.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.

  • Experience creating engaging content for different digital channels.

  • Knowledge of social media management, scheduling tools, and content calendar planning.

  • Basic understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques and PPC campaign optimization.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media analytics, and digital marketing reporting tools.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp is an advantage.

  • Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress is preferred.

  • Ability to manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas for campaigns and content strategies.

  • Ability to work effectively with designers, developers, and marketing professionals.

  • Basic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop are a plus.
