The Challenge
Join a remote-first growth agency scaling campaigns for high-profile creators and DTC brands. You'll own the full creative-to-performance funnel—from audience insights to ad optimization—with direct impact on client growth and your own compensation.
Your Mission
Master the agency's Meta ad setup, optimization framework, and client reporting standards across 3-5 active accounts
Develop 8-12 high-performing creative concepts with documented performance benchmarks (CPM, CTR, CVR targets met)
Build repeatable messaging and positioning frameworks for 2-3 client verticals (creator brands, eCommerce, DTC)
Establish yourself as primary strategic partner for 2 clients with weekly insights presentations and proactive recommendations
Own end-to-end campaign strategy for 5+ concurrent clients, driving measurable ROAS improvements of 15-25%
Scale 3-4 winning creative angles into multi-asset campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Reels with documented playbooks
Reduce campaign CPA/CPL by 20%+ through creative testing, audience segmentation, and media buying optimization
Develop proprietary UGC/creator content frameworks that become repeatable templates across the agency
KPIs You'll Own
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Track revenue generated per dollar spent on Meta campaigns—your north star for creative and media buying decisions.
CPA/CPL (Cost Per Acquisition/Lead)
Monitor cost efficiency across campaigns; your job is to lower this through creative testing and audience targeting.
CTR & CVR (Click-Through & Conversion Rates)
Direct measures of creative relevance and messaging effectiveness; winning indicators for scaling.
CPM (Cost Per Thousand Impressions)
Efficiency metric showing ad quality and audience targeting; lower CPM with consistent performance is the goal.
Client Retention & NPS
Your client-facing communication and strategic insight drive retention; measured through quarterly feedback.
