What you'll do

Accountabilities:

  • Architect and execute the enterprise growth strategy, integrating commercial execution, brand, consumer engagement, product innovation, market intelligence, and sales to drive sustainable and profitable growth.

  • Champion growth across the core business and current channels while strengthening brand positioning, awareness, and overall commercial performance.

  • Leverage consumer, market, and competitive intelligence to shape high-impact strategies across channels, items, categories, and markets.

  • Direct enterprise-wide commercial execution and revenue growth strategies to improve go-to-market performance across channels.

  • Guide brand strategy, positioning, and customer engagement initiatives across the portfolio.

  • Lead top-to-top, cross-functional customer leadership initiatives to identify opportunities and build on established growth momentum.

  • Explore future growth opportunities, including new business models, routes to market, strategic ventures, and new business development.

  • Oversee investment governance by aligning resources with strategic priorities and tracking value delivery.

  • Provide executive leadership through significant organizational complexity and scale, ensuring enterprise strategies translate into actionable plans and compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.

  • Integrate commercial, brand, product, and consumer insight capabilities to create a unified approach to enterprise growth.

  • Lead and develop teams, with responsibility for supervisory and organizational leadership.

  • Uphold corporate responsibility priorities, including sustainability, zero-waste initiatives, social advocacy, and volunteer engagement.

  • Maintain responsibility for applicable food safety requirements and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

  • 20+ years of professional experience with demonstrated enterprise-level leadership, or 18+ years of experience with an advanced degree.

  • Proven executive leadership experience in complex, scaled organizations, including strong financial leadership capabilities.

  • Deep knowledge of growth strategy, commercial operations, and market expansion.

  • Demonstrated success scaling organizations through mergers and acquisitions, new business development, or other major growth initiatives.

  • Ability to translate enterprise-level strategy into clear, actionable plans and compelling communications for senior executives and stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to integrate commercial, brand, product, sales, and consumer insight functions to drive enterprise-wide growth.

  • Strong strategic thinking, business judgment, financial acumen, and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in complex and rapidly evolving environments.

  • Strong communication, influence, collaboration, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels while maintaining focus on measurable business outcomes.
