What you'll do
Accountabilities:
This role is responsible for building and executing integrated B2B marketing strategies that directly support sales performance and revenue growth. You will translate commercial priorities into structured marketing plans and lead initiatives that strengthen positioning and demand generation impact.
Develop and execute quarterly and annual B2B marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives and pipeline priorities
Design and implement multi-channel demand generation programs including digital campaigns, webinars, events, and account-based marketing initiatives
Partner closely with Sales to align messaging, target accounts, and pipeline acceleration strategies
Lead the development of positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions tailored to B2B healthcare audiences
Create and maintain sales enablement assets such as presentations, case studies, pitch materials, and product collateral
Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion performance
Define KPIs, track campaign effectiveness, and report on pipeline contribution, ROI, and overall marketing impact
Continuously optimize programs using data-driven insights and market feedback
Requirements: The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B marketing within complex or regulated industries, with a proven ability to support sales organizations through strategic marketing programs. You are both strategic and execution-focused, with strong storytelling and analytical capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries
Proven success in driving pipeline and revenue impact through integrated marketing programs
Strong experience in messaging development, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales and cross-functional teams
Experience with demand generation, ABM, and multi-channel campaign execution
Strong analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and optimize performance based on data
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Commercial awareness and understanding of sales cycles and customer decision journeys
