The Challenge
Jeitto has been disrupting Brazilian fintech for 11+ years with lightning-fast credit approvals. You'll own the entire engagement and LTV machine—designing experiments, optimizing retention funnels, and scaling personalized journeys that keep users coming back for more.
Your Mission
Design and launch 3-4 A/B tests on engagement triggers with statistical rigor, targeting +5% uplift in 30-day retention
Map and document full customer lifecycle—identify top 3 retention bottlenecks and present hypotheses to leadership
Establish baseline metrics across CRM campaigns and automations; audit segmentation quality with Risk & Credit teams
Build working relationship with Product, Engineering, and Data teams; establish weekly sync cadence for cross-sell experiments
Own and scale 1-2 winning retention campaigns, achieving measurable LTV impact (+10-15% target) and cost-efficiency gains
Implement 3+ personalized lifecycle nurture workflows (onboarding, cross-sell, win-back) across CRM channels
Reduce churn by refining customer segmentation with advanced risk profiling; document repeatable segmentation playbook
Present quarterly growth results to exec team with clear ROI on test investments; build culture of experimentation across org

LTV (Lifetime Value)
Track total revenue per user over their lifecycle; this is your primary north star metric.
30-Day & 90-Day Retention Rate
Measure repeat usage and engagement velocity across credit/consumption products.
Cross-Sell & Upsell Conversion Rate
Track percentage of eligible customers moving to higher-value products.
Churn Rate by Cohort
Identify which segments and acquisition sources churn fastest; segment by risk profile.
Test Velocity & Statistical Significance
Number of validated A/B tests launched per month with proper sample sizes and p-value rigor.
Campaign ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
ROI on retention marketing spend across email, push, and SMS channels.

Is This Role For You?
- You've shipped growth experiments in fintech or high-velocity tech and proven 10%+ retention/LTV gains
- You live in SQL, A/B test methodology, and statistical rigor—no vanity metrics allowed
- You thrive translating messy data into business stories and selling hypotheses to skeptical stakeholders
- You want ownership of a full retention/engagement funnel, not just campaign execution
- You speak Portuguese or are willing to work in Portuguese-speaking teams (helpful but not required)
- You've only done email marketing or CRM automation without deeper growth experimentation and LTV optimization
- You prefer dashboards over diving into raw data—you need to code or query, not just click buttons
- You need remote flexibility—this is full on-site in São Paulo
- You're new to fintech and uncomfortable navigating credit risk, regulatory nuance, or financial products
