The Challenge

SignalFire is a $3B AUM VC platform built like a tech company. You'll design and ship production AI agents that transform deal sourcing and founder support, working directly with ex-Meta and ex-Google leaders.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Ship first production AI agent for deal sourcing using LangChain/LlamaIndex integrated with Beacon platform

Map AI integration needs across 3+ internal teams (marketing, talent, data) and define use cases

Establish LLM performance optimization baseline and monitoring dashboard for production workflows

Build 2-3 prototype agentic workflows demonstrating business impact on deal velocity or founder engagement

By 6 Months
1

Deploy 4+ production AI agents across deal sourcing, portfolio success, and internal operations

Reduce deal sourcing cycle time by 25%+ through AI agent automation of prospect research

Scale Beacon platform infrastructure to support 650M employee data with agentic workflows

Define and own AI product roadmap for next 18 months, working with stakeholders across business
