Is This Role For You?
- You've led marketing at VP/CMO level in B2B IT Services, Digital Engineering, or similar complex, multi-vertical enterprise sales organizations
- You excel at translating positioning strategy into pipeline and revenue outcomes; comfortable with P&L accountability and financial discipline
- You're a skilled operator in international, matrixed organizations; you navigate vertical business leaders and drive alignment without formal authority
- You combine strategic vision (market authority, brand narrative) with operational execution (ABM, attribution, demand gen discipline)
- You're energized by scaling and systematizing marketing across multiple geographies and business units
- You prioritize creative brand work over pipeline and revenue impact; CMO role requires measurable demand generation and sales alignment
- You lack experience managing global teams and complex stakeholder dynamics; this role demands executive presence and cross-functional influence
- You're uncomfortable with accountability metrics and financial transparency; marketing here is a revenue-generating function, not a cost center
