The Challenge
Insalud is a specialized healthcare center in Lima scaling digital patient acquisition and retention. You'll own growth from zero—building channels, running experiments, and proving ROI on every dollar spent in a competitive healthtech market.
Your Mission
Audit current digital presence and establish baseline metrics (CAC, conversion rate, retention) across all channels
Launch and optimize 2-3 paid acquisition channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with documented ROAS targets
Implement tracking stack (GA4, pixel, event tracking) and build first performance dashboard
Run 5+ A/B tests on landing pages and funnel steps with documented learnings and quick wins
Scale top-performing acquisition channels to 3x monthly patient leads at target CAC
Develop and launch SEO + content strategy targeting high-intent healthcare keywords with measurable organic traffic growth
Build and document repeatable growth playbooks for 3+ channels (paid, organic, referral)
Establish monthly growth reviews with clear KPI trends, recommendations, and budget allocation decisions

CAC (Cost per Acquisition)
Track how much you're spending to acquire each patient—your north star for paid channel efficiency.
Conversion Rate by Funnel Stage
Measure % converting from landing page → consultation booking → patient signup across all channels.
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Revenue generated per dollar spent on paid campaigns—your primary lever for scaling or cutting.
Patient Retention Rate
Track repeat visit/booking rates and lifetime value to balance acquisition with loyalty.
Organic Traffic & Rankings
Monthly sessions from search and keyword rankings for priority healthcare-related terms.
