The Challenge
inDrive is scaling aggressively across Brazil's competitive rideshare market. You'll own the full marketing machine in São Paulo—from campaign strategy to boots-on-ground activation—driving passenger growth and retention metrics that directly move the business.
Your Mission
Launch and execute 2-3 high-impact 360° campaigns with measurable new passenger acquisition targets (paid + organic)
Establish baseline performance dashboards tracking active passengers, new users, orders/rides, and retention cohorts
Plan and execute at least one major field activation in São Paulo with cross-functional alignment
Localize 5+ content assets from global playbook with Brazil-first creative opportunities identified
Achieve month-over-month growth in new passenger acquisition and 4-trip retention rate vs. baseline
Build a repeatable test-and-learn framework with 10+ validated campaign variations
Scale successful activations to 2-3 additional Brazilian cities with ops and driver teams
Reduce campaign time-to-market by 30% through streamlined approval and asset production workflows

New Passengers (Paid + Organic)
Track acquisition volume by channel; optimize spend allocation based on unit economics.
Active Passengers
Monitor DAU/MAU to assess overall market engagement and campaign impact on user base.
Retention Rate (1st/4th Trip, 3M, 6M)
Measure cohort retention to evaluate campaign quality and lifecycle messaging effectiveness.
Orders & Rides Volume
Primary lever for revenue; track campaign contribution to transaction growth.
Campaign ROAS
Return on ad spend by channel; benchmark against regional targets.

- You've run growth or performance marketing campaigns end-to-end in fast-moving marketplace or on-demand environments (5+ years)
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and own execution—from strategy to field activation to real-time optimization
- You're obsessed with data: you can read dashboards, spot trends, and run tests without waiting for permission
- You speak advanced English and thrive in cross-regional collaboration with global stakeholders
- You want to build something on the ground—literally showing up in cities to execute, not just sitting in a desk
- You prefer remote work or flexible location; this is 100% on-site in São Paulo
- You're used to long campaign planning cycles; inDrive moves fast and expects rapid execution with iterative learning
- You don't speak Portuguese and aren't comfortable learning or working with translation support for local partnerships
