The Challenge
Ideal Tridon Group is a 100+ year industrial leader in clamps, fittings, and coupling solutions across critical applications. You'll own global brand strategy and marketing ops for a multi-unit business, driving growth through distributor programs, OEM partnerships, and digital transformation.
Your Mission
Audit current brand positioning, website performance, and CRM data quality across business units; identify quick wins
Build stakeholder alignment map with business unit leaders and define shared marketing KPIs tied to commercial growth
Establish marketing operations baseline (budget, team skills, systems health); prioritize Salesforce and website improvements
Launch first integrated campaign targeting one key customer segment (contractors, engineers, or distributors) to prove impact
Execute upgraded corporate and business unit websites with improved SEO, customer journey mapping, and content that serves all personas
Build scalable distributor marketing program (campaigns, sales tools, digital content, training) and measure ROI
Implement marketing dashboards and reporting infrastructure; establish monthly KPI tracking and ROI on marketing spend
Develop and launch digital strategy roadmap (SEO/SEM, email, social, video) with clear business unit prioritization and forecast
KPIs You'll Own
Return on Marketing Spend (ROMS)
Track revenue attributed to marketing campaigns against total marketing budget; target by business unit and channel.
Website Traffic & Conversion Rate
Monitor organic and paid traffic by persona (contractor, engineer, distributor, investor); measure conversion to lead or download.
Net Promoter Score (NPS) & Customer Feedback Volume
Establish baseline NPS across customer segments and track voice of customer sentiment monthly.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Contribution
Measure leads generated by marketing channel and contribution to sales pipeline by business unit.
Trade Show ROI
Calculate cost per lead and revenue influenced by trade show attendance; optimize allocation.
Marketing Budget Utilization
Track spend against plan by business unit, campaign, and channel; forecast quarterly.
