The Challenge

Huzzle connects top talent to global companies across 5 continents. You'll build their entire marketing engine from scratch—designing performance campaigns, automation workflows, and attribution models that drive real pipeline for a fast-growing talent marketplace.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current marketing stack, define attribution model, and establish baseline CAC and pipeline contribution metrics across all channels

Launch 2-3 high-intent demand generation campaigns (paid + Clay-powered outbound) targeting ICP accounts with documented MQL-to-pipeline tracking

Build core marketing automation workflows in your stack of choice (Smartlead, HeyReach, or similar) with real-time buying signal integration

4

Define and implement quarterly marketing budget allocation framework with clear ROI targets per channel

By 6 Months

Scale proven campaigns to 3-4x pipeline volume while maintaining or improving CAC efficiency

Develop predictive attribution model showing marketing influence on closed revenue, not just pipeline stage

Establish and optimize AI-powered content and outreach workflows using Claude Code and modern marketing engineering patterns

Build 2-3 self-serve marketing dashboards accessible to leadership showing real-time campaign performance and revenue impact

Pipeline Generated

Attributed pipeline value created by marketing campaigns, measured monthly and tied to closed revenue quarterly.

CAC Efficiency

Cost per marketing-attributed opportunity, benchmarked against industry standards and optimized by channel.

MQL-to-Opportunity Conversion

Percentage of high-intent MQLs that convert to sales opportunities, indicating lead quality and ICP fit.

Campaign ROI

Revenue attributed to specific campaigns divided by total spend, tracked per channel and campaign type.

Automation Workflow Efficiency

Percentage of outreach and nurture activities driven by automation vs. manual effort, tracking productivity gains.

  • You've built demand generation engines at growth-stage startups and love measuring everything through a revenue lens
  • You're comfortable with code-like marketing engineering (Clay workflows, automation stacks, Claude Code) and thrive at the intersection of marketing and data
  • You want full ownership of a marketing function—no legacy processes, no corporate constraints, just systems you design
  • You're energized by performance marketing challenges and can operate with scrappy budgets while proving ROI
Won't Work If
  • You're a brand marketer or creative-first marketer uncomfortable with spreadsheets, attribution models, and CPA targets
  • You need a large team, established playbooks, or processes already in place—this is build-from-scratch territory
  • You can't work on-site in Colombia or aren't comfortable with US PT working hours
