The Challenge
Hustler Marketing is scaling their e-commerce marketing agency and needs an Account Manager who can own 40+ campaigns monthly while leading creative teams and driving client revenue goals. You'll balance strategic relationship management with hands-on campaign execution across email, SMS, and marketing automation.
Your Mission
Onboard and establish baseline performance metrics for 3-5 assigned client accounts, documenting their current marketing stack and revenue drivers
Execute and deliver first 40 campaigns (email, SMS, pop-ups, flows) on-time with zero client escalations
Build repeatable briefing and approval workflows with creative teams (copywriters, designers) to reduce campaign turnaround time by 20%
Complete first quarterly performance reviews with all assigned clients showing MoM growth in email revenue or engagement lift
Grow assigned client portfolio revenue from email marketing by average of 25% YoY through A/B testing and audience segmentation
Lead quarterly strategy sessions with top 5 clients, identifying and pitching 2-3 new campaign ideas per client based on performance data
Reduce campaign revision cycles by 30% through better creative briefs and stakeholder alignment
Mentor 2-3 Account Manager Associates on campaign management and client communication best practices

Regular pulse checks with clients on account management, communication quality, and results delivered.
A/B Test Wins
Number of statistically significant A/B test winners implemented monthly, driving incremental revenue lift.
Email Campaign Performance
Open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate benchmarked against industry standards and client historical baselines.
