The Challenge

Honeywell is hunting for someone to own vertical marketing strategy across Brazil—building demand generation engines that actually move the needle. You'll shape go-to-market strategy, run ABM campaigns with sales, and prove ROI through every dollar spent.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Define and document region-vertical marketing strategy; secure stakeholder alignment on messaging and positioning

Launch first targeted ABM campaign with sales team against 5-10 key accounts; establish baseline metrics

Audit competitive landscape and customer insights; deliver strategic marketing plan with 6-month roadmap

4

Set up campaign tracking infrastructure using Global Design Models; establish KPI dashboard for reporting

By 6 Months
1

Execute 3+ integrated vertical campaigns (events, content, partnerships); hit 20%+ engagement rate minimum

2

Grow qualified pipeline by 30%+ in target vertical; demonstrate impact on sales cycle velocity

Co-manage 2-3 vertical events or partnerships; measure attendance, leads, and cost-per-lead

4

Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights; identify and test 2+ optimization levers

Pipeline Generated

Total qualified pipeline value attributed to vertical marketing campaigns, tracked monthly.

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

Campaign spend divided by qualified leads; benchmark against industry and previous quarter.

Campaign Engagement Rate

Email open/click rates, content downloads, and event attendance as % of target audience reached.

ABM Account Velocity

Sales cycle length and conversion rate for accounts in ABM programs vs. non-ABM baseline.

Content Performance

Which messaging and materials drive the most engagement; A/B test results and winner themes.
