The Challenge

Holafly is scaling affiliate partnerships across North America to drive eSIM sales to 200+ destinations. You'll build and manage a portfolio of high-performing affiliate partners while optimizing campaigns with real data.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and audit current affiliate portfolio; identify top 20 underperforming partners for optimization or replacement

Recruit 10-15 new qualified affiliate partners in US/Canada travel verticals (travel agencies, bloggers, deal sites)

Set up tracking, compliance audits, and fraud detection workflows in Impact platform for all active partners

Establish baseline performance metrics (EPC, conversion rate, fraud rate) for first quarter review

By 6 Months
1

Grow affiliate revenue by 40-60% YoY through new partner recruitment and existing partner optimization

Scale top 5 performing partners with custom campaigns and incentive structures; document playbook for replication

3

Complete technical integrations and SEO optimizations for 25+ partners; achieve 90%+ compliance rate

Develop regional market strategy for US vs Canada with localized creative assets and partner tier system

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've managed 2+ affiliate partnerships or influencer campaigns and can show real revenue impact with data
  • You're fluent in English and comfortable negotiating with US/Canada partners (email, calls, meetings)
  • You live in or can relocate to Medellín and prefer on-site collaboration with a growing team
  • You're scrappy with Excel, Google Analytics, and can spot trends without needing a data team to hand you answers
  • You have network in travel, SaaS, or fintech affiliate circles already
Won't Work If
  • You need a fully remote setup or can't relocate to Medellín—this is explicitly on-site
  • You've never managed affiliate relationships or don't understand performance-based partnership economics
  • You're uncomfortable with fraud detection, compliance audits, or saying 'no' to partners who break guidelines
