The Challenge
Build North America's growth engine for a fast-rising FemTech DTC brand. You'll own the complete funnel-from brand narrative to Shopify conversion-reporting directly to the CEO with full P&L accountability.
Your Mission
Audit current North American marketing stack and identify quick wins in Meta/TikTok spend efficiency; target 15-20% ROAS improvement
Establish baseline LTV metrics and build Klaviyo lifecycle segmentation for stress management and sleep optimization cohorts
Launch 3-5 narrative A/B tests across female personas to identify highest-converting brand storytelling angles
Map out brand positioning and clinical credibility strategy (MD endorsements, FDA/FTC compliance) for launch readiness
Scale North American revenue to 2x baseline through optimized paid acquisition (Meta/TikTok) and lifecycle retention
Build and onboard 4-6 person local marketing team; establish SOPs for KOL/KOC partnerships and PR campaigns
Execute 2 major GTM campaigns (new product launch + industry event presence like CES) with full integrated brand execution
Establish monthly P&L accountability; deliver $XXX pipeline contribution with documented ROAS, CAC, and LTV metrics
