The Challenge
GUT is Globant's award-winning creative network blending creativity, tech, and AI for global brands. You'll own end-to-end influencer campaigns that move culture and drive measurable business growth for world-class clients.
Your Mission
Build and audit influencer portfolio for 2-3 assigned brands using HypeAuditor/Emplifi; establish baseline performance metrics
Execute 3-5 influencer campaigns from sourcing through final delivery, tracking KPIs and audience quality
Negotiate and close contracts with 10+ influencers, securing favorable terms on fees, usage rights, and exclusivity
Deliver first monthly executive reports with campaign insights and optimization recommendations
Manage full campaign lifecycle for 6+ influencer initiatives across assigned brands with demonstrable ROI improvement
Develop proprietary influencer scoring framework balancing audience affinity, engagement quality, and brand safety
Coordinate cross-functional campaigns with Creative, Planning, PR, and BI teams; strengthen vendor relationships
Present strategic recommendations to leadership on influencer mix optimization and emerging platform opportunities

- You've managed 3+ years of influencer campaigns and know how to source, audit, and negotiate like a pro
- You're fluent with HypeAuditor, Emplifi, and platform insights; you speak data and creative equally well
- You thrive coordinating across teams (Creative, PR, Planning, BI) and managing vendors without hand-holding
- You're obsessed with brand safety, audience quality, and turning campaign learnings into actionable optimization
- You expect generic influencer marketing—this role demands end-to-end ownership and strategic thinking
- You're not comfortable negotiating contracts, pushing back on rates, or defending brand safety calls
- You lack hands-on experience with influencer platforms, discovery tools, and performance analytics
