Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've spent 8+ years hands-on with enterprise MarTech platforms (SFMC, Adobe, or similar) and love solving complex data architecture problems
  • You're fluent in email deliverability, domain reputation, CDPs, and APIs-not just theory, but real implementation and debugging
  • You thrive translating marketing strategy into scalable, secure technology solutions and mentoring distributed teams
  • You're excited about AI-driven marketing, agentic automation, and orchestration-and have shipped real projects using these capabilities
  • You're comfortable with governance, compliance, and enterprise architectural standards; you see them as enabling innovation, not blocking it
Won't Work If
  • You're looking for a pure analytics or creative marketing role; this is deep MarTech engineering and data architecture
  • You prefer fully remote work; this role requires 3 days/week onsite in NJ, PA, or NYC
  • You haven't built or supported enterprise integrations, CDPs, or multi-platform orchestration; entry-level MarTech skills won't cut it here
