The Challenge
Grupo Geisha Querétaro is a leading automotive dealership agency looking for a creative marketing assistant to drive their digital presence. You'll own content creation, social media strategy, and campaign optimization for a dynamic, fast-paced automotive brand.
Your Mission
Establish consistent 4-5x weekly social media posting cadence across platforms with documented engagement metrics
Master the company's photo/video editing workflow and deliver 15+ pieces of branded automotive content
Analyze first 3 campaigns using platform analytics and present findings with 3+ actionable improvement recommendations
Coordinate 2+ full-vehicle photo/video shoots and manage digital asset organization system
Develop and execute 2 complete integrated social campaigns with measurable engagement and conversion targets
Grow social media following by 25%+ and achieve 3%+ average engagement rate across platforms
Build content calendar and strategy roadmap for next quarter with creative themes tied to inventory cycles
Train on analytics tools and present monthly performance dashboard to leadership with trend analysis

Track likes, comments, shares, and reach across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok to measure content resonance
Content Production Velocity
Monitor quantity and quality of posts, graphics, and videos published weekly
Campaign Conversion Metrics
Measure clicks, leads, and inquiries generated from paid and organic social campaigns
Video View-Through Rate
Track completion rates on automotive content videos to optimize future production

Is This Role For You?
- You're passionate about video/photo content creation and automotive industry marketing
- You're fluent in Spanish and comfortable with on-site, structured office hours (9-19 M-F, 9-14 Sat)
- You want hands-on experience across the full marketing stack: content, analytics, strategy, and execution
- You're a self-starter comfortable with Adobe Suite or willing to learn quickly
- You need remote work or flexible scheduling—this is full on-site with fixed hours
- You're not comfortable working Saturdays (9am-2pm weekly commitment)
- You lack Spanish fluency or prefer to work in English-only environments
- You want a purely strategic role—this is hands-on content production as a junior
