The Challenge

Groupe Kanbios is a high-growth consulting firm doubling down on product and transformation advisory. You'll own real marketing campaigns and content strategy that drive visibility for their consulting brands—not busy work.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch 3-4 LinkedIn campaign cycles with measurable engagement and lead-gen metrics tracked weekly

Establish content calendar and produce 16+ LinkedIn posts, 8+ video assets (shorts/reels format) with performance reporting

Audit current SEO gaps on website and implement 5+ quick-win optimizations; track organic traffic baseline

4

Build proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and LinkedIn analytics; deliver 2 polished case study content pieces

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end LinkedIn strategy: grow follower base 25%+, achieve 3%+ engagement rate, generate qualified inbound leads

Produce 30+ social assets (mix of video, carousel, text); establish brand voice consistency across all channels

Implement SEO improvements; achieve measurable organic traffic growth and 5+ high-intent keyword rankings

Lead 2-3 webinar/event content projects from conception to post-event amplification; measure attendance and conversion

Monthly sessions from SEO, tracked via Google Analytics; baseline and improve month-over-month

Lead Attribution

Count qualified leads sourced from social campaigns; tie back to content themes and posting cadence

For You If
  • You're a M1/M2 student in marketing, communication, or business school and want hands-on campaign ownership (not shadowing)
  • You're comfortable on LinkedIn, can write clear copy, and have shot/edited at least 5 short-form videos
  • You're proactive, autonomous, and driven by metrics—you'll track performance and iterate without needing hand-holding
  • You're curious about B2B consulting, Product strategy, or transformation advisory; this gives you insider access to that world
  • You can stay for 6+ months (internship duration matters; commitment signals growth potential)
Won't Work If
  • You need 100% remote work or can't commit to Paris on-site most days
  • You're looking for a pure design/creative role; this is content strategy + production hybrid
  • You don't have basic video editing skills or willingness to learn CapCut/Premiere quickly
  • You need a full-time job or salary above €1,500/month; this is internship-tier compensation

Interview Process

Screening Call

30 min with Marketing Manager: portfolio review (LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or blog), motivation, availability

2

Creative Task

Take-home: write 3 LinkedIn posts for a fictional consulting firm + edit a 30-second video teaser; turnaround 48 hours

3

Culture & Strategy Chat

45 min with Marketing Manager + potentially a consulting lead: discuss marketing ideas, questions about Product/transformation space, team fit

4

Offer & Internship Agreement

Finalize dates, stipend, schedule. Typical onboarding: 2 weeks to ramp on brand, tools, client list.
