The Challenge
GNOMI is building a new category of real-time multilingual intelligence for professionals and enterprises. You'll own the complete growth engine—from acquisition through retention—turning product strength into measurable revenue and trust-based adoption across consumer, PRO, and enterprise tiers.
Your Mission
Map current funnel metrics (awareness to paid adoption) and establish baseline conversion rates across all GTM motions
Align growth strategy with Sales and Product teams; define revenue targets, pipeline goals, and primary acquisition channels
Audit and recommend sales tech stack (CRM, attribution, analytics) to replace or optimize existing tools
Execute first high-impact growth experiment (pricing, positioning, channel, or conversion optimization) and measure ROI
Scale revenue-driven acquisition: demonstrate 25-40% improvement in conversion rates or CAC efficiency across top 2-3 channels
Build repeatable sales-led and product-led growth motions with documented playbooks for enterprise and PRO segments
Establish attribution and revenue analytics dashboard; track MRR, CAC, LTV, and pipeline metrics with weekly visibility
Launch and scale 2-3 new distribution or partnership initiatives that directly feed enterprise and mid-market pipeline

Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) Growth Rate
Track month-over-month revenue growth tied directly to acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) & CAC Payback Period
Measure efficiency of growth spend and ensure payback aligns with LTV and company unit economics.
Conversion Rate (Awareness → Trial → Paid)
Optimize funnel performance across each segment (consumer, PRO, enterprise) and identify bottlenecks.
Sales Pipeline & Win Rate
Manage forecast accuracy, stage velocity, and conversion rates to meet revenue targets and predict shortfalls early.
Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
Measure retention quality and upsell/cross-sell success; critical for long-term unit economics.

- You're a builder who moves fast from insight to execution and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions across product and sales
- You optimize for vanity metrics (impressions, clicks, downloads) over revenue and commercial impact
- You prefer hands-off strategy work; this role demands hands-on execution and direct accountability
- You lack B2B SaaS, enterprise, or high-value subscription experience—the playbook here requires that context
