The Challenge
Giramille is building a global acquisition machine across 97 countries and 200+ affiliate platforms. You'll be the operational backbone—moving fast to validate copy, creative, and traffic before scaling affiliates.
Your Mission
Launch complete copywriting and creative suite (VSLs, UGC scripts, email sequences, ad variations) for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google across 3 priority markets
Set up and configure 200+ affiliate platform accounts (Hotmart, ClickBank, Awin, etc.) with standardized naming, financial setup, and product organization in Excel
Build and launch high-converting landing pages for product sales and affiliate recruitment with A/B test infrastructure in place
Execute first paid traffic campaigns with clear CAC validation and winning ad identification across all platforms
Scale affiliate funnel across 97 countries with localized (not translated) copy, creative kits, and onboarding materials for 50+ active affiliates
Implement full TapAffiliate white-label platform with tracking links, attribution, and funnel persistence from landing page to confirmation
Achieve 3+ winning creative variations per platform with documented playbooks and asset organization for internal handoff
Document and standardize global operation (naming conventions, campaign structure, asset management) for seamless scaling to new markets and teams

Cost to acquire a customer validated through paid traffic testing before affiliate scaling.
Landing Page Conversion Rate
Track sales page and affiliate recruitment page CR to identify winning copy and creative combos.
Affiliate Activation Rate
% of recruited affiliates who launch campaigns within first 7 days of kit delivery.
Affiliate Revenue per Platform
Revenue attributed to each of 200+ platforms to identify top-performing channels.
Ad Set ROAS by Variation
Return on ad spend for each creative/copy combination to isolate winners fast.
